Cancellations
Cancellations less than 48 hours notice will automatically be charged 25% of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-Show appointments for any reason will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.
*After 2 appointments resulting in a no-show, the client will no longer be able to reschedule any further appointments.*
Rescheduling
After 2 rescheduled appointments in a row, the client must pay a deposit to keep their upcoming appointment. The deposit will go towards the service total. However, if the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled again, the deposit is non-refundable.
